Atlas Islamic Building Materials Fund(AIBMF) was established by a Trust Deed dated December 09, 2025, between Atlas Asset Management Limited (AAML), as Management Company and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), as Trustee.
The objective of Atlas Islamic Building Materials Fund (AIBMF) is to provide investors with long term capital growth from an actively managed portfolio of Shariah Compliant listed equity securities belonging to the Construction/Building Materials Sector.
The Fund invests in Shariah compliant equity securities with at least 70% of net assets invested in listed equity securities belonging to the Construction/Building Materials Sector during the year based on quarterly average investment calculated on daily basis. The remaining net assets are invested in cash and / or near cash instruments which include cash in Islamic Banks /Islamic Windows of Conventional Bank Accounts and Shariah Compliant GOP Ijarah Sukuk not exceeding 90 days maturity. The asset allocation in each instrument will depend on prevailing market conditions.The Fund selects such companies for equity investment that are actively traded, have growth prospects and / or are consistently dividend paying.
