Atlas Asset Management Limited has a Human Resource & Remuneration Committee, a Sub-Committee of the Board of Directors, which has been formed to deal with all matters related to Human Resources. The terms of reference of the Human Resource & Remuneration Committee have been set by the Board. The Human Resource Committee comprises of:
