Atlas Financial Sector Fund (AFSF) was established by a Trust Deed dated December 09, 2025, between Atlas Asset Management Limited (AAML), as Management Company and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), as Trustee.
The objective of Atlas Financial Sector Fund (AFSF) is to provide investors with long term capital growth from an actively managed portfolio of listed equities belonging to the Financial Sector.
The Fund invests mainly in high quality equity securities with at least 70% of net assets invested in listed equity in the financial sector securities during the year based on quarterly average investment calculated on daily basis. In selecting equity securities, the Fund considers the reputation of the management, liquidity, profitability, dividend record and prospects of earning growth. The remaining net assets are invested in cash and / or near cash instruments which include cash in banks (excluding TDRs) and treasury bills not exceeding 90 days maturity. The asset allocation in each instrument will depend on prevailing market conditions.
