 Mr. M. Habib-ur-Rahman
Vice Chairman and Chief Executive
Mr. M. Habib-ur-Rahman is an FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has attended management level programme (PMD) from Harvard Business School. He played an instrumental role in setting up the first open-end mutual fund in the private sector in Pakistan and was the Chairman & Chief Executive of JS ABAMCO Limited (formally ABAMCO Ltd.) till January 2004. He is the former Chairman of the Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan. He has been the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Commission)'s nominee on the Board of the Karachi Stock Exchange in 2000, 2001, & 2003, and has also been a member of the Commission's Advisory Group on Capital Markets, and the Commission's Enquiry Committee on management of Exposure Rules by KSE/ LSE. |

 Ms Lilly R. Dossabhoy
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Ms. Lilly R. Dossabhoy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She has been accredited as Certified Director by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, in recognition of having successfully completed all requirements of the Board Development Series Program. She joined the Company in May 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary. Earlier, she was associated with M/s. A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, Karachi, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, for over twelve years. |

 Mr. Muhammad Abdul Samad
Chief Investment Officer
M. Abdul Samad has over ten years experience in the field of Equity / Fixed Income Research and Investment Management. He joined Atlas Asset Management Limited in November 2005. He has successfully implemented Investment Process at AAML with the technical assistance of ING. His area of expertise includes fund management, research and risk management. Samad also focuses on product development initiatives, such as new funds and retirement income solutions. He is an MBA (London) with a major in Finance. He did his Master in Commerce (Karachi) securing first class first position (Gold Medalist). He has also attended Quantitative Equity Portfolio Management training at ING - Philippines. |

 Mr. Hassan Khan
Head of Marketing and Sales
Mr. Hassan Khan joined Atlas Asset Management Limited as Head of Marketing & Sales in July 2007. Prior to his appointment, he was Vice President - Investment Products Unit (Wealth Management Division) at HBL, where he worked on Mutual Funds and Bancassurance Products. Prior to his appointment at HBL, he served with JS Investments (formerly JS ABAMCO Limited) as Head of Marketing. Mr. Khan started his career with Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, where he was part of the team that launched the CDC Investor Account Services (IAS), a retail depository product aimed at high networth individuals. Mr. Khan holds an MBA Degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi (Morning Program) with majors in Marketing. He is also a qualified Engineer from the NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. |

 Ms. Qurrat-ul-Ain Jafari
Chief Internal Auditor
Ms. Qurrat-ul-ain Jafari is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also done her Masters in Economics from University of Karachi. She has overall 8 years of working experience in the field of Finance & Accounts. She joined Atlas Asset Management Limited as Chief Internal Auditor in December, 2010. Prior to her appointment, she was working as Head of Finance & Company Secretary at PICIC Asset Management Company Limited where she was overall responsible for the financial affairs and secretarial function of the company. She started her career with one of the reputable organization of Pakistan i.e. Pakistan State Oil, where she served the organization on various positions. |

 Mr. Tariq Ahmed Siddiqui
Manager IT
Mr. Tariq Ahmed Siddiqui has done his Masters in Computer Science from University of Karachi. He has overall 11 years of working experience in the field of Information Technology. He joined Atlas Asset Management Limited as Manager Database in June, 2008. Prior to his appointment, he was working as a Software Engineer in Soorty Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd. where he was the responsible of the software development. |

 Mr. Qaiser Tanvir
Manager Infrastructure
Mr. Qaiser Tanvir has done his Bachelors in Computer Science from University of Karachi. He has overall 10 years of working experience in the field of Information Technology. He joined Atlas Asset Management Limited as Assistant Manager IT in June, 2007 and now working as Manager Infrastructure and responsible of overall IT infrastructure. Prior to his appointment, he was working as a Senior Systems/Network Administrator in College of Physicians and Surgeons, Karachi where he was administering the Servers and IT network, which is also connected to the major cities of the country. |

 Mr. Najam Shahzad
Assistant Manager, Investor Services
Mr. Shehzad has over 14 years of experience in the banking/financial sector. He joined Atlas Asset Management Limited (AAML) in January, 2005. He is currently serving as Assistant Manager – Investor Services Division. Prior to joining AAML, he worked for some of the eminent financial institutions including MCB Financial Services Limited and Deutsche Bank AG Karachi. He has an experience in the area of custodian services as well as trustee & transfer agency operations. He is a Graduate from the University of Karachi and also holds a certification (Certified Mutual Fund Distributor) from the Institute of Capital Markets. |
