A Management Committee, which comprises of the CEO and the Heads of Departments, oversees the workings of the Company and Funds under Management. The Committee meets once in a month or earlier as required. The Board sets the terms of the Committee. The Management Committee members include:

Mr. M. Habib-ur-Rahman
Vice Chairman and Chief Executive
Mr. M. Habib-ur-Rahman is an FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has attended management level programme (PMD) from Harvard Business School. He played an instrumental role in setting up the first open-end mutual fund in the private sector in Pakistan and was the Chairman & Chief Executive of JS ABAMCO Limited (formally ABAMCO Ltd.) till January 2004. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan. He has been the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Commission)'s nominee on the Board of the Karachi Stock Exchange in 2000, 2001, & 2003, and has also been a member of the Commission's Advisory Group on Capital Markets, and the Commission's Enquiry Committee on management of Exposure Rules by KSE/ LSE.

Mr. Ali H. Shirazi
Executive Director
Mr. Ali H. Shirazi graduated in Political Science from Yale University, U.S.A. in 2000 and thereafter completed his Masters in Law from Bristol University, U.K. in 2005. He has worked with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in New York as well as American Honda in Torrance, California. He is on the Board of Directors of Atlas Insurance, Atlas Engineering, The Arabian Sea Country Club and British Overseas School.

Ms. Lilly R. Dossabhoy
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Ms. Lilly R. Dossabhoy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She has been accredited as Certified Director by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, in recognition of having successfully completed all requirements of the Board Development Series Program. She joined the Company in May 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary. Earlier, she was associated with M/s. A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, Karachi, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, for over twelve years.

Mr. Muhammad Abdul Samad
Chief Investment Officer
Muhammad Abdul Samad has seven years experience of Equity / Fixed Income Research and Investment Management. He joined Atlas Asset Management Limited in November 2005 as a Fund Manager. He was instrumental in the implementation of Equity Investment Process at AAML with the technical assistance of ING. Prior to joining Atlas Asset Management Limited, his last assignment was Head of Research Department, National Investment Trust Limited. During his about five years association with NITL he has covered almost all major sectors listed on Pakistani Stock Markets. He represented NITL as a Non - Executive Director on the board of Nineteen Companies including Atlas Battery, Berger Paints, Lucky Cement, Dawood Capital Management Ltd and Pakistan Cement Company Ltd. He is an MBA (London) with a major in Finance. He did his Master in Commerce (Karachi) securing first class first position (Gold Medalist). He also attended Quantitative Equity Portfolio Management training at ING - Philippines.

Mr. Hassan Khan
Head of Marketing and Sales
Mr. Hassan Khan joined Atlas Asset Management Limited as Head of Marketing & Sales in July 2007. Prior to his appointment, he was Vice President - Investment Products Unit (Wealth Management Division) at HBL, where he worked on Mutual Funds and Bancassurance Products. Prior to his 2.5 year stint at HBL, he served with JS Investments (formerly JS ABAMCO Limited) as Head of Marketing. He also served as Manager Marketing at Central Depository Company (CDC), and was part of the team that launched the CDC Investor Account Services (IAS), a retail depository product aimed at high networth individuals. Mr. Khan holds an MBA Degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi with majors in Marketing. He is also a qualified Engineer from the NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.

Mr. Syed Zeeshan Ali
Head of Information Technology
Mr. Syed Zeeshan Ali holds a Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, U.S.A. He has strong experience in planning and implementing projects and procedures from the conceptual stage to Live systems. His expertise includes managing Data Centers, implementing best I.T. practices, development of procedures and policies as per international standards, designing network infrastructure, implementing I.T. security, business applications, ERP, managed backup and disaster recovery procedures. His prior portfolio includes heading the I.T. department of a large organization where he was responsible for implementing mega I.T. projects in collaboration with various Government organizations in Pakistan and managing multi-million dollar I.T. projects as Regional Support Manager in the U.S.A.

Ms. Beena Gul Malik
Manager Human Resources
Ms. Beena Gul Malik holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management & Marketing Management from University of Karachi. She has with her seven years of work experience in Human Resources functions in reputable organizations. Her last assignment was with UBL Fund Managers Limited where she was instrumental in developing and setting up the HR function. Her areas of expertise include Training & Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Employee Relations. She joined Atlas Asset Management Limited in July, 2008 as Human Resource Manager.
