The Investment Committee evaluates the proposals received from in-house research department with respect to the overall asset allocation strategy of the fund prior to making an investment decision. The terms of reference of the Investment Committee have been set by the Board, in accordance with the requirements of the NBFC Rules, 2003 and the investment objectives of the Funds.
