Atlas Stock Market Fund (ASMF) is an open-end fund established by a Trust Deed dated  May 29, 2004 between Atlas Asset Management Limited (AAML), as the management company and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), as the Trustee.

ASMF was opened for public subscription from November 23, 2004 on a continuous basis with an initial seed capital of Rs. 314 million and is listed on the Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE).
