The Income Multiplier Plan focuses on providing income with a potential
for modest capital growth. Through the Income Multiplier Plan, investments
are diversified to help ensure more consistent performance and risk
management.
The Income Multiplier Plan provides current income by primarily
investing in the Atlas Income Fund (AIF) along with small allocation
in the Atlas Stock Market Fund (ASMF) in order to provide diversification
and growth potential, aiming to seek some protection against inflation,
through a single investment.
This plan is suitable for investors seeking income from their investments,
aiming towards some safety of their investments, can accept small
fluctuations in value of investments for some protection against
inflation and have a short to medium time horizon and are less willing
to bear risk.
All the transactions under Income Multiplier Plan are governed
by the Trust Deeds relating to the ASMF (dated May 29, 2004) and
AIF (dated February 20, 2003) as amended from time to time vide
supplemental Trust Deed(s). All the terms and conditions of the
Offering Documents of the ASMF and AIF and Supplementary Offering
Document of Income Multiplier Plan shall apply to the respective
Units of the two Funds in which investment is made under Income
Multiplier Plan.
Income Multiplier Plan was launched from January 7, 2008.
