The Balanced Plan focuses on providing long term capital growth
along with modest income. Through the Balanced Plan, investments
are diversified to help ensure more consistent performance and risk
management.
The Balanced Plan provides the benefits of growth through higher
potential returns by investing in the Atlas Stock Market Fund (ASMF)
and steady income by investing in the Atlas Income Fund (AIF) through
a single investment as well as acting as a trade-off for the benefits
for lower risk from diversification.
This plan is suitable for investors seeking capital growth from
a portfolio that aims to seek some amount of safety, are willing
to accept moderate fluctuations in the value of their investments,
and are unlikely to need the money in the short-term.
All the transactions under Balanced Plan are governed by the Trust
Deeds relating to the ASMF (dated 29 May 29, 2004) and AIF (dated
February 20, 2003) as amended from time to time vide supplemental
Trust Deed(s). All the terms and conditions of the Offering Documents
of the ASMF and AIF and Supplementary Offering Document of Balanced
Plan shall apply to the respective Units of the two Funds in which
investment is made under Balanced Plan.
Balanced Plan was launched from January 7, 2008.
